Happy 2014!

Last night I was suffering a small bout of not being able to sleep and I started worrying about September and a bunch of changes that month is bringing. My baby girl will be starting high school (high school!), she'll be driving (driving!!), and I'm not sure if I'll still be doing daycare or what I'll be doing as L starts Kindergarten in the fall, too. All these worries started swirling through my head and I started to wonder what on earth I was going to do when God finally reminded me "Do NOT worry about tomorrow. Today has enough trouble of its own."

(Such as my son's alarm clock that mysteriously keeps going off every single hour and we cannot figure out how to stop it!)

I'm excited for this new year. I have absolutely no idea what it is going to bring, but I am excited. And I am really excited to be able to share it with you.

On these days when I start to get overwhelmed with what the coming months will hold, I need to remember my OneWord.

Embrace.

I'm off to do just that.

Happy New Year!
